摘要
高效液相色谱(HPLC)在药物分析中占有重要地位,药学及相关专业大学生掌握好HPLC的使用十分必要。本研究从目前HPLC实验教学中存在的一些实际问题出发,利用超星学习通平台开展线上线下相结合的混合式教学法,从HPLC仪器、实验内容、教学过程和考核机制四个方面进行了教学改革设计并实施,通过提高HPLC实验教学质量,达到提高本科生HPLC实验操作技能的目的。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)plays an important role in pharmaceutical analysis.It is particularly necessary for undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy and related fields to use HPLC independently.By carrying out the online and offline blended teaching method based on the Chaoxing Learning Platform in the HPLC experimental teaching,this research puts forward teaching reform on HPLC instrument,experimental content,teaching process and assessment methods according to the practical problems in actual HPLC experimental teaching.The research aims to improve the quality of experimental teaching and operating skills of students.
