基于心理契约理论的高校班级管理初探

摘要 近年来,随着高校不断扩招,大学班级人数也相应地增加,导致高校班级管理建设问题也越发突出。为科学有效地管理班级,提高高校班级管理质量,将心理契约理论应用到高校班级管理中,使得班级管理者与同学之间形成了一种内在的、不成文的心理契约期望关系,不仅能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,还能突出学生在班级管理中的重要性,强调班级管理中“以人为本”的时代特征,实现了班级管理者与学生的有效沟通。 In recent years,with the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the number of college classes has increased correspondingly,leading to the problems existing in the construction of college class management has become more and more prominent.In order to scientifically and effectively manage classes and improve the quality of college class management,psychological contract theory is applied to college class management.It forms an internal unwritten psychological contract expectation relationship between class managers and students.This relationship can not only give full play to students’subjective initiative,but also highlight the importance of students in class management,emphasizing on"people-oriented"in class management.Through the construction of psychological contract,the class manager realized the effective communication with students.
