海南省医学生岗位胜任力及其影响因素调查

Investigation on Post Competency and Influencing Factors of Medical Students in Hainan Province

了解医学生岗位胜任力的现状,能为提升医学生岗位胜任力提供实证依据。文章采用整群随机抽样方法,选取海南医学院8个医学专业学生共778名为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果表明,不同专业和不同年级医学生岗位胜任力存在显著差异,相关工作经历、家人从事医疗相关工作,定向培养因素影响医学生的岗位胜任力。

To understand the current post competence of medical students and provide empirical basis for improving medical students’post competence.A total of 778 medical students from 8 medical majors in Hainan Medical University were investigated with cluster random sampling method,conducted the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The results demonstrated that there were significant differences in post competency among medical students of different majors and grades.Relevant factors,such as work experience,family members engaged in medical related work,and directional training factors affected the job competency of medical students significantly.
