关于开展中学劳动教育的问题思考及实效性研究

Reflection on the Problems of Developing Labor Education in Middle Schools and Research on its Effectiveness

劳动教育是我国社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,也是党对新时代教育工作的新要求。在新的时代背景下,劳动教育开展过程中存在劳动教育课程设置不合理、专业教师缺位、把劳动教育当作惩罚学生的手段和家庭缺失劳动教育培养等问题,补齐劳动教育的缺位和不足刻不容缓。因此,需要遵循劳动教育的发展目标,在学校、家庭、社会的通力合作下,扎实推进劳动教育走深走实。

Labor education is not only an important part of China’s socialist education,but also the party’s new requirements for education in the new period.In the context of the new era,there are some problems in the development of labor education,such as unreasonable curriculum of labor education,the absence of professional teachers,the use of labor education as a means of punishing students and the lack of labor education training at home.It is urgent to make up for the absence and deficiency of labor education.Therefore,we need to follow the development goal of labor education and solidly promote the deepening and practice of labor education under the full cooperation of schools,families and society.
