试析校企协同视域下高职师资的发展

On the Development of Higher Vocational Teachers in the View of School Enterprise Cooperation

随着我国现代化建设的步伐加快,高职教育的现代化发展也提上了日程。教师资源作为高职院校发展中至关重要的一环,受到了广泛的关注。随着高职教育现代化的发展,高校与企业之间的合作和交流逐渐深入,在校企协同视域下高职院校师资的发展成了一个具有现实意义和价值的问题。目前,我国的高职院校师资在校企合作视域下稳步发展,但在“双师”素质、培训系统和考评机制等方面还有待完善。针对这一系列问题,学校应加强培育“双师”素质、优化培训机构、健全考评激励机制。

With the accelerated pace of modernization in China,the modernization of higher vocational education has also been put on the agenda.As a vital link in the development of higher vocational colleges,teacher resources have been widely concerned.With the development of higher vocational education modernization,the cooperation and communication between colleges and enterprises are gradually deepening.In the perspective of school enterprise collaboration,improving the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges has become a problem of practical significance and value.At present,the teachers of higher vocational colleges in China have developed steadily from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,but there are still imperfect problems in the"double teacher"quality,training system and evaluation mechanism.In view of this series of problems,we should strengthen the cultivation of"double teacher"quality,optimize training institutions,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism.
