以岗位需求为导向加强高职临床医学专业“内科学”教学

Thoughts on Strengthening the Teaching of "Internal Medicine" of Clinical Medicine Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Post Demand

根据基层医疗机构岗位需求,对照职业教育国家临床医学专业教学标准和临床执业助理医师资格考试大纲,分析高职临床医学专业“内科学”课程特点,通过转变教学理念,修订课程标准、构建模块化课程;岗课赛证融合,优化教学内容;医教相长并进,创新教学模式和教学方法;加强教师培训,提高教师教学能力;创新评价考核机制等措施,从而提高“内科学”教学质量,为基层医疗机构培养高素质实用型医学专门人才。

According to the job requirements of primary medical institutions,the characteristics of internal medicine courses of clinical medicine major in higher vocational colleges are analyzed by comparing the national teaching standards of clinical medicine major in vocational education and the outline of clinical assistant physician qualification examination,and the course standards are revised and modular courses are constructed by changing the teaching concept;Integration of post competition,curriculum and politics,and optimization of teaching content;Medical education should grow with each other and innovate teaching modes and methods;Strengthen teacher training and improve teachers’teaching ability;Innovate the evaluation and assessment mechanism and other measures,so as to improve the teaching quality of internal medicine and cultivate high-quality practical medical professionals for grassroots medical institutions.
