民办高校大学生家庭教养方式与心理健康的相关研究

Correlation Research on Family Education and Mental Health of College Students in Private Colleges and Universities

研究目的是探索民办高校中大学生心理问题与父母教养方式的关系。采用父母教养方式量表(EMBU)、大学生症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某民办高校2175名学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,在教养方式上,父母情感温暖理解得分较高,母亲过分干涉保护得分较高。SCL-90总得分大于或等于160分的有481人,占总人数的22%,9个因子平均得分均未超过2分,强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁维度得分较高。父母情感温暖理解教养方式与大学生心理问题呈显著负相关(r1=-0.232,p<0.01;r2=-0.216,p<0.01);父母惩罚严厉、过分干涉保护、拒绝否认教养方式与心理问题呈显著正相关(r=0.177-0.351,p<0.01)。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between college students’psychological problems and parental rearing patterns in private colleges and universities.Using EMBU and SCL-90,2175 students in a private university were investigated by questionnaire.The results showed that in terms of parenting style,parents’emotional warmth and understanding scores were higher,and mothers’excessive interference and protection scores were higher.481 people had a total score of SCL-90 greater than or equal to 160,accounting for 22%of the total number.The average score of the nine factors did not exceed 2 points,and the scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and depression were higher.There was a significant negative correlation between parental emotional warmth,understanding and rearing style and college students’psychological problems(r1=-0.232,P<0.01;r2=-0.216,P<0.01);Parents’severe punishment,excessive interference and protection,refusal and denial of parenting style were significantly positively correlated with psychological problems(r=0.177-0.351,P<0.01).
