新时代高校辅导员实现立德树人的优化路径

立德树人是高等教育的立身之本,是高校思想政治教育的根本任务,辅导员肩负立德树人的使命,立德树人成效也是检验辅导员工作的核心标准。当前高校校园精神文化建设中立德树人未能充分彰显,思想政治理论课中立德树人的成效有待提高,辅导员立德树人的意识和能力水平有待提升。新时代高校辅导员落实立德树人根本任务,应该强化立德树人思想意识,提高思想政治教育水平,提升育人育才素质能力。

Building morality and cultivating people is the foundation of higher education and the fundamental task of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Counselors shoulder the mission of moral cultivation,and the effectiveness of moral cultivation is also the core standard to test the work of counselors.At present,the construction of campus spiritual culture in colleges and universities has not been fully demonstrated,the effectiveness of moral education in Ideological and political theory courses needs to be improved,and the awareness and ability of counselors need to be improved.In the new era,college counselors should strengthen their ideological consciousness,improve the level of Ideological and political education,and enhance their ability to cultivate talents.
