提升大学生思想政治教育有效性探析——基于对长安大学大学生的问卷调查

On Improving the Effectiveness of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education——Based on the questionnaire survey of Chang’an University students

大学思想政治教育事关培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。对本科生问卷调查发现,一年级本科生对学校思想政治教育工作满意度的评价显著高于中高年级本科生。通过分析原因认为,思想政治教育对于大学生的健康成长十分必要,但有效的思想政治教育需要发挥老师的主动性创造性,需要思想政治教育工作因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。

College Ideological and political education is related to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor.The questionnaire survey of undergraduates found that the evaluation of first-year undergraduates on the job satisfaction of school ideological and political education was significantly higher than that of middle and high-grade undergraduates.Through the analysis of the reasons,it is believed that ideological and political education is very necessary for the healthy growth of college students,but effective ideological and political education needs to give play to the initiative and creativity of teachers,and ideological and political education work needs to change according to events,advance according to the times,and be new according to the situation.
