“辨识-炮制-性效”融合式教学法在食品科学与工程专业中药学教学中的应用

The Application of "Identification-Processing-Effect" Integrative Teaching Method in the Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Food Science and Engineering Specialty

摘要 基于食品科学与工程专业中药学的教学现状,采用“辨识—炮制—性效”融合式教学模式,弥补该专业在中药学教学方面的短板。在原有中药学教学的基础上,引入药材饮片辨识、中药炮制理论及实际操作等学习和考核内容,较大程度地丰富了中药学教学内容,使学生中药学知识更加全面化、系统化。另外,“辨识—炮制—性效”融合式教学模式的引入,也提升了中药学教学的趣味性,改善了学生学习的主动性,提升了学生在学习过程中的主体地位。该种教学模式的引入,为中药学教学模式改革提供了借鉴和参考,也为该专业人才培养奠定了坚实基础。 Based on the current teaching situation of traditional Chinese medicine in food science and engineering specialty,the integrative teaching mode of"identification-processing-effect"was adopted to make up for the shortage in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of the original teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,learning and examination contents such as identification of herbal pieces,theory and practical operation of traditional Chinese medicine processing were introduced,which enriched the teaching contents of traditional Chinese medicine to a great extent,to make students’knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine more comprehensive and systematic.In addition,the introduction of the integrated teaching mode of"identification-processing-effect"had also enhanced the interest of the teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine,improved students’initiative in learning,and promoted students’subjective status in the learning process.The introduction of this kind of teaching mode provided references for the reform of teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine in this specialty,and also laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of professional talents.
