摘要 在当今的“互联网+”时代,混合式教学已是国际教育技术发展的新动向。为了实现课堂教学的有效性,笔者以法学专业“民事诉讼法”课程为研究对象,针对“民事诉讼法”课程教学中教学内容、教学方式等方面的不足,在参考混合式教学模式相关理论的基础上,结合自己的教学实践,初步构建了“民事诉讼法”的新型教学模式,希望可以为该门课程乃至相关法律课程的教学改革提供参考。 In today’s"Internet+"era,blended teaching has become a new trend in the development of international education technology.In order to realize the effectiveness of classroom teaching,the author take the course of the civil procedure law in major of law as the research object,according to the problems with the course of the civil procedure law in such aspects as teaching contents,teaching methods,in reference to the blended teaching mode on the basis of relevant theories,combined with the author’s own teaching practice,preliminary designed a blended teaching process of the civil procedure law based on the mobile learning platform.In order to provide advice for college teachers to carry out blended teaching in law courses.
