全科师范生专业核心素养内涵研究

摘要 全科师范生专业核心素养水平是衡量学校培养质量的重要标准,也是师范生自身专业发展的前提条件,更是乡村教育振兴的重要保障。全科师范生专业核心素养应包括爱乡乐教的职业信念、广博扎实的知识素养、多维综合的关键能力等。文章依据《小学教师专业标准(试行)》及师范专业认证标准,直面乡村小学教育现实需要,适应乡村小学全科教师个人发展和终身学习需要,探究全科师范生专业核心素养内涵,以期为提升乡村小学教师队伍整体素质提供参考。 The professional core quality level of general normal students is an important standard to measure their training quality,a prerequisite for their own professional development,and an important guarantee for the revitalization of rural education.The core professional qualities of general education normal students should include the professional belief of loving hometown and teaching,broad and solid knowledge literacy,and the key ability of multi-dimensional integration.According to the professional standards for primary school teachers(Trial Implementation)and the professional certification standards for teachers,this paper directly faces the practical needs of rural primary school education,adapts to the personal development and lifelong learning needs of general education teachers in rural primary schools,and explores the connotation of general education normal students’professional core quality,in order to provide reference for improving the overall quality of rural primary school teachers.
