“三全育人”机制下专创融合的化学专业课程体系构建与实施 被引量:3

摘要 高等院校承担着落实“三全育人”,不断提高人才培养质量的重要使命。然而很多院校在构建与实施专创融合课程体系的实践中,存在专业教育与创新创业教育的融合效果有待提升、课程体系与创新型人才培养的需求不匹配、实践教学体系亟须完善等问题。为此,山东师范大学化学化工与材料科学学院依托学科优势,确立了具有鲜明专创融合特色的创新型卓越化学人才课程体系。化学院课程体系改革的实践是深化落实“三全育人”综合改革的关键一环,该成果推广普惠学院全体师生,有效提升了人才培养质量并影响了校内多个专业的课程体系改革。 Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of implementing the three aspects of education and constantly improving the quality of talent training.However,in the practice of constructing and implementing the curriculum system integrating professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,many colleges and universities have some problems,such as the integration effect of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to be improved,the curriculum system does not match the needs of innovative talent training,and the practical teaching system needs to be improved.For this reason,the school of chemistry,chemical engineering and materials science of Shandong Normal University has established an innovative and outstanding chemistry talent curriculum system with distinctive characteristics of the integration of specialty and innovation.The practice of the reform of the curriculum system of the college of chemistry is a key link in deepening the implementation of the comprehensive reform of"three complete education".This achievement has been popularized to benefit all teachers and students of the college,effectively improving the quality of talent training and affecting the reform of the curriculum system of many majors in the college.
