大数据环境下高校图书馆智库服务能力提升策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Service Ability of Think Tanks in University Libraries under the Environment of Big Data

大数据环境下,用户获取信息的渠道更加多元化,传统的图书馆服务已经难以满足用户日益增长的个性化信息需求,高校图书馆信息服务面临新的挑战。文章基于大数据智库服务理念,从用户需求出发,跟踪用户信息行为,为用户提供知识型个性化服务,并从服务理念、资源建设、馆员专业能力培养、图书馆环境优化等方面探讨高校图书馆提升服务能力、开展智库服务的策略。

In the big data environment,users’access to information is more diversified.Traditional library services have been difficult to meet users’growing personalized information needs,and university library information services are facing new challenges.Based on the service concept of big data think tank,this paper tracks users’information behavior and provides users with knowledge-based personalized services from the perspective of users’needs,and discusses the strategies of university libraries to improve service capabilities and carry out think tank services from the aspects of service concept,resource construction,librarian professional ability training,library environment optimization,etc.
