高等院校普遍存在教学和科研严重失衡的问题,该问题一直困扰着大多数高校教师。教学与科研的失衡不利于高校的生存与发展,以及高校教师自身的职业发展。文章纠正了“教学与科研不可兼容”的错误认识,阐述了教学和科研融合发展带来的相互促进效应,为广大高校教师提供有益参考,对实现高校人才培养和科学研究两大职能具有重要意义。

There is a serious imbalance between teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,which has plagued most college teachers.The imbalance between teaching and scientific research is not conducive to the survival and development of colleges and universities,as well as the professional development of college teachers themselves.This paper corrects the wrong understanding of"the incompatibility between teaching and scientific research",expounds the mutual promotion effect brought about by the integrated development of teaching and scientific research,provides useful references for college teachers,and is of great significance to realize the two functions of talent training and scientific research in colleges and universities.
