大学生作为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中流砥柱,加强其道德素质和政治素养尤为重要。然而现阶段高校德育工作依旧存在形式单一、内容单调等诸多问题。对此,高校要紧抓新时代发展机遇,使德育形式更加多元、学生地位更加突出、评价机制更加完善,多维度了解新时代对高校德育工作的新要求,从德育融入专业课程、加强德育工作的针对性、构建双向互动德育模式、打造网络德育工作队伍、加强校园文化建设五个方面研究具体创新路径,旨在稳步推动高校德育工作的创新发展。

As the mainstay of national rejuvenation,it is particularly important for college students to strengthen their moral quality and political literacy.However,at this stage,there are still many problems in moral education in colleges and universities,such as single form,monotonous content and so on.In this regard,colleges and universities should grasp the development opportunities of the new era,with more diversified forms of moral education,more prominent status of students,more perfect evaluation mechanism,understand the new requirements of the new era for moral education in colleges and universities from multiple dimensions,and study specific innovation paths from five aspects:integrating moral education into professional courses,strengthening the pertinence of moral education,building a twoway interactive moral education model,building a network moral education team,and strengthening the construction of campus culture,It aims to steadily promote the innovative development of moral education in colleges and universities.
