“1+X”证书制度背景下高职院校教育教学改革研究

Research on Education and Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "1+X" Certificate System

落实“1+X”证书制度,培养学生专业与技能兼备的综合素养和能力,是当下高职院校的重要任务[1]。文章以“1+X”证书制度为背景,分别从人才培养方案、课程内容建设、教学师资培养、教法改革、考核制度完善几个方面入手,研究了在“1+X”证书制度下,高职院校如何开展职业教育教学改革,并提出了改革建议及改革措施,为高职院校推进“1+X”证书工作提供思路和方法。

It is an important task for higher vocational colleges to implement the"1+X"certificate system and cultivate students’comprehensive literacy and ability shared by majors and skills.Taking the"1+X"certificate system as the background,this paper studies how to carry out the teaching reform of vocational education in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward reform suggestions and measures from the aspects of talent training scheme,curriculum content construction,teaching teacher training,teaching method reform and examination system improvement,and provide ideas and methods for higher vocational colleges to promote the"1+X"certificate work.
