摘要
反馈是影响教学有效性的重要因素之一,在“哈蒂排名”的一百多项影响因素中排名前十。但反馈不只是教师的职责更是学生的任务,要由教师主导转向学生中心。根据哈蒂的“三问题”反馈模型分析,“以学生为中心”的反馈中学生参与目标建构、正确判断、计划和策略、进行活动的四个关键关节,形成闭环。为了使学生有效参与反馈,提升学习效果,可以通过反馈嵌入课程、进行同伴反馈等方式提升学生反馈素养。
Feedback is one of the important factors affecting the effectiveness of teaching,ranking among the top 100influencing factors of the"Hatti ranking".But the feedback is not only the responsibility of teachers,but also the task of students,and teachers should be led to the student center.According to Hatti’s"three problems"feedback model analysis,"student-centered"feedback middle school students participate in goal construction,correct judgment,planning and strategy,and four key joints to form a closed loop.In order to enable students to effectively participate in feedback and improve the learning effect,students’feedback quality can be improved by embedding feedback and peer feedback.
