新时代劳动精神融入大学生思想政治教育略探

On the Integration of Labor Spirit into College Students’ Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,充满了前所未有的挑战和机遇。在中国共产党的领导下,中国人民用勤劳与智慧、拼搏与奋斗谱写了时代发展的凯歌。劳动精神是中华民族精神的集中体现,在社会主义新时代,中华民族要实现伟大复兴,离不开全体劳动者的建设。青年一代大学生是国家和民族的希望,肩负着建设国家和民族复兴的重任,必须培养大学生热爱劳动、尊重劳动、投身劳动的美德。高校思想政治教师应在教学活动中,积极探索在思想政治教育中融入劳动精神的有效路径,推动新时代思政教育的创新发展。

The world today is in a great change that has not been seen in a century.It is full of unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people have written a song of triumph for the development of the times with diligence,wisdom,hard work and struggle.The working spirit is the concentrated embodiment of the Chinese national spirit.In the new socialist era,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation cannot be achieved without the construction of all workers.The young generation of college students is the hope of the country and the nation.They shoulder the important task of building the country and rejuvenating the nation.They must cultivate the virtues of loving,respecting and participating in labor.Ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities should actively explore effective ways to integrate labor spirit into Ideological and political education in teaching activities,so as to promote the innovative development of Ideological and political education in the new era.
