摘要
寻找更加高效、前沿的教学手段,提升光伏专业学生太阳电池相关理论知识,增强学生对太阳电池参数、性能等方面的认识,对促进光伏产业技术人才培养具有重要意义。数值模拟是太阳电池设计及理论分析的重要手段,在高职光伏专业相关课程中引入数值模拟教学是一种有益的尝试。文章分析了高职光伏专业相关课程教学现状,探究了SCAPS太阳电池数值模拟软件在高职光伏专业相关课程中应用的必要性和需注意的问题,旨在为相关课程探究新的教学工具和手段,促进光伏产业人才培养。
Finding more efficient and cutting-edge teaching methods,improving the theoretical knowledge of solar cells of photovoltaic students,and enhancing students’understanding of solar cell parameters and performance are of great significance to promote the cultivation of technical talents in photovoltaic industry.Numerical simulation is an important means of solar cell design and theoretical analysis.It is a beneficial attempt to introduce numerical simulation teaching into photovoltaic related courses in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the current teaching situation of relevant courses of photovoltaic specialty in higher vocational colleges,and explores the necessity and problems needing attention of the application of scaps solar cell numerical simulation software in relevant courses of photovoltaic specialty in higher vocational colleges,in order to explore new teaching tools and means for relevant courses and promote the cultivation of talents in photovoltaic industry.
