思想政治理论课既是成人教育的重要组成,同时也对成教学生的职业素养、道德修养产生了深刻影响。但是在以往的思想政治理论课教学中,部分学生对这一课程的重视程度不够,加上教学内容、教学方式相对单一,以及师生之间沟通不足,严重影响了课程教学质量。在“互联网+教育”背景下,构建网络教学平台能够解决学生的工学矛盾,提供更加丰富的资源,增进师生之间的互动,对提升成人教育思政课的教学质量有积极影响。在此基础上,分别从创建齐抓共管的管理机制、重点加强师资力量建设、打造精品课程等方面采取措施,构建和应用网络教学平台,成为提升思想政治理论课育人成效的关键举措。

Ideological and political theory course is not only an important part of adult education,but also has a profound impact on the professional quality and moral cultivation of adult education students.However,in the past ideological and political theory teaching,some students did not pay enough attention to this course,coupled with the relatively single teaching content and teaching methods,as well as the lack of communication between teachers and students,which seriously affected the teaching quality of the course.Under the background of"Internet plus education",constructing network teaching platform can solve students’contradiction in study and work,provide more abundant resources,enhance interaction between teachers and students,and have a positive impact on improving the quality of Ideological and political education in adult education.On this basis,we should take measures to build and apply the network teaching platform from the aspects of creating a management mechanism of joint management,focusing on strengthening the construction of teachers and creating high-quality courses,which has become a key measure to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course.
