“工匠精神”是一种职业精神,是高素质技能人才培养不可或缺的内在需要,将“工匠精神”融入高职院教育教学是高职院校教改的重要任务之一。要给学生心中种下“工匠精神”的种子,让学生感知“工匠精神”所需要的执着与钻研,教师就必须对新时代背景下的“工匠精神”有更加深刻的认识和理解。将“工匠精神”科学、有效地融入校园文化建设,对高职院专业人才培养起到非常积极的作用。

"Craftsman spirit", as a kind of professional spirit, is an indispensable internal need for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents. Integrating "craftsman spirit" into the education and teaching of higher vocational colleges is one of the important tasks of the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
