人民调解在辅导员管理育人中的应用

Application of People’s Mediation in the Management and Education of Counselors

人民调解是一种具有中国特色的解决矛盾纠纷的机制,随着社会的发展,人民调解逐渐被应用于高校管理建设之中,因其所需成本小、效率高,在维护学生团结和稳定方面发挥了积极的作用。而高校辅导员作为学生管理的“第一道防线”,其管理育人工作的质量不仅体现出辅导员自身的管理能力,而且在一定程度上反映了高校的教育水平,这就要求辅导员要具备较强的调解能力。故而人民调解应用在辅导员管理育人工作中,能够进一步化解校园的矛盾纠纷,维护校园的稳定。基于此,文章深入研究人民调解在辅导员管理育人中的有效应用。

People’s mediation is a mechanism to solve contradictions and disputes with Chinese characteristics.With the development of society,people’s mediation has been gradually applied to the management and construction of colleges and universities.Because of its low cost and high efficiency,it has played a positive role in maintaining the unity and stability of students.As the"first line of defense"of student management,the quality of college counselors’management and education not only reflects their own management ability,but also reflects the educational level of colleges and universities to a certain extent,which requires counselors to have strong mediation ability.Therefore,the application of people’s mediation in the management and education of counselors can further resolve the contradictions and disputes on the campus and maintain the stability of the campus.Based on this,this paper deeply studies the effective application of people’s mediation in the management and education of counselors.
