摘要
目的:建立标准化病例库,探讨其在“口腔临床综合实训PBL”本科生必修课程教学中的应用效果。方法:教学结束后,以不记名问卷方式调查学生对该门课程的整体满意度,并对病例选取及设计、对教师和教学效果三个维度进行评价。结果:64.38%的学生对教学总体效果感到很满意;79.45%的学生认为有必要开展基于病例的PBL教学,问卷结果显示学生对病例选取及设计、教师和教学效果评价良好。结论:标准化临床病例库提供了丰富的临床教学资源,在“口腔临床综合实训PBL”教学中的运用具有良好的效果。
Objective:To establish a standardized case database and to explore its application in the PBL teaching of oral clinical comprehensive training.Method:At the end of the course,a questionnaire was designed to collect students’evaluation and feedback.Results:64.38%of the students were satisfied with the effect of teaching;79.45%of the students considered it was necessary to carry out PBL teaching based on the standardized case database.The questionnaire results revealed that the students had a good evaluation on case design and teaching outcomes.Conclusion:The standardized case database provided a vivid and rich teaching resource.Combined with the PBL teaching model,it effectively improved the students’independent learning ability and promoted the formation of their clinical thinking ability.
