预习—主题—案例教学法在重症监护室护士规培中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究预习—主题—案例教学法在重症监护室规培护士中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月期间在重症监护室进行规培的护士100例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组采用常规教学模式进行规培,研究组采用预习—主题—案例教学法培训。对比两组规培护士理论知识、临床实践能力及自我效能评分。结果:研究组规培护士理论知识考核及临床实践能力均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组规培护士在自我教育积极性、自我职责认知情况、独立应对及学习能力、批判性思维能力以及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预习—主题—案例教学法能够帮助重症监护室规培护士提高对理论知识的掌握程度以及临床实践能力,提高自我效能,具有良好的教学效果。 Objective:To explore the application value of preview theme case teaching method in the training of nurses in intensive care unit.Methods:100 nurses who underwent routine training in the intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases).The control group was trained by conventional teaching mode,and the research group was trained by preview theme case teaching method.The theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability and selfefficacy scores of the two groups were compared.Results:the theoretical knowledge examination and clinical practice ability of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The self-education enthusiasm,self-responsibility cognition,independent coping and learning ability,critical thinking ability and total score of the regular training nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:preview theme case teaching method can help nurses in intensive care unit improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability,improve self-efficacy,and have good teaching effect.
