新建高职院校思政教育工作现状及对策研究

Research on the Current situation and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education Work in New Higher Vocational Colleges

文章以新建高职院校学生思政教育现状为研究背景,历数学生思政教育受到多元社会思潮的影响、意识形态阵地薄弱、教育模式和理念存在弊端、与专业课程教育的合力不足等诸多问题。通过树立以学生为主体、健全思政理论教育队伍、巩固思想教育阵地、深化思政教育研究等方法,让学生合理运用马克思主义原理处理存在的问题和构建思政领域教育阵地,促进新建高职院校全方位立体式快速发展。

Taking the current situation of Ideological and political education of students in newly-built higher vocational colleges as the research background, this paper lists many problems, such as the influence of multiple social trends, the weak ideological position, the disadvantages of educational models and ideas, and the lack of joint force with professional curriculum education. By establishing students as the main body, improving the ideological and political theory education team, consolidating the ideological education position, deepening the ideological and political education research and other methods, let students reasonably use the Marxist principles to deal with the existing problems and build the ideological and political education position, so as to promote the all-round and three-dimensional rapid development of newly-built higher vocational colleges.
