摘要
为了达到科学管理班级的目的,教师需要不断努力探索、推陈出新,践行符合班级自身特点的班级制度,让班级更加活跃、团结、向上,其中很重要的一点就是学会灵活运用激励教育的方式来激发学生的自主性和上进心。文章以高职学生的特质为基点,阐述激励教育的内涵及实施激励教育的重要性,并整合出激励教育在班级管理中的具体实践经验和体会,对激励教育的科学运用及注意事项等展开讨论。
In order to achieve the purpose of scientific management of the class,the teacher needs to constantly explore and practice a set of system accord with the characteristics of their own class,and make the class more active,solidary and upward.It is important to learn to apply the education flexible way to stimulate students’autonomy and the desire to do better.Based on the characteristics of higher vocational students,this paper expounds the connotation of incentive education and the importance of implementation of incentive education,and integrates the specific practical experience and experience of incentive education in class management,and discusses the scientific application of incentive education and matters for attention.
