Research on the Prevention and Intervention Mechanism of College Students’ Psychological Crisis——Taking the five-year college of private higher vocational colleges as an example

在如今时代发展背景下,大学生心理问题日益严峻。民办高职院校的学生,受到学业压力、陌生院校环境等因素影响,容易出现不同程度的心理问题,不利于学生未来发展。针对民办高职院校学生心理危机现状,高职院校和教师应积极了解学生情况,探寻问题根源,利用高效手段帮助学生解决相应问题,从而促进学生未来学习、成长以及后续发展。

Under the background of the development of the times,the psychological problems of college students are becoming more and more serious.Students in private higher vocational colleges are prone to varying degrees of psychological problems due to academic pressure,unfamiliar college environment and other factors,which is not conducive to students’future development.In view of the current situation of students’psychological crisis in private higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges and teachers should actively understand the situation of students,explore the root causes of problems,and use efficient means to help students solve corresponding problems,so as to promote students’future learning,growth and subsequent development.
