摘要
现阶段,中职旅游专业教育发展步伐不断加快,实训课程教学模式受到广大师生的青睐。从某种程度上讲,旅游专业实训教学有助于激发学生积极性,让学生在真实体验中更好地记忆理论知识,掌握科学化的技能操作方法,从而提升中职教育水平。然而,因区域经济差异,不同区域的中职院校旅游专业实训模式存在一定不同,包括实训目的、范围与使用方式等,需要教育工作者从实际出发积极探索。文章主要就中职旅游专业实训课程教学创新展开详细论述。
At this stage,the development of tourism education in secondary vocational schools is accelerating,and the teaching mode of practical training course is favored by the majority of teachers and students.To some extent,the practical teaching of tourism specialty helps to stimulate students’enthusiasm,let students better remember theoretical knowledge in real experience,and master scientific skills and operation methods,so as to improve the quality level of secondary vocational education.However,due to regional economic differences,there are certain differences in the training modes of Tourism Specialty in secondary vocational colleges in different regions,including the training purpose,scope and mode of use,which need educators to actively explore from reality.This paper mainly discusses the teaching innovation of practical training course of Tourism Specialty in secondary vocational schools in detail.
