中华优秀传统文化与旅游人才培养融合研究——以克孜勒苏职业技术学院为例

Research on the Integration of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture and Tourism Talent Training——Taking Kizilsu Vocational Technical College as an example

文化与旅游有着先天的共生性,相互依存,相互促进。在文旅融合的背景下,将中华优秀传统文化引入高职院校旅游管理专业教学中,既可以提升职业教育的文化层次,又可以培养德才兼备的高素质旅游人才。文章以克孜勒苏职业技术学院为研究对象,采用问卷调查研究方法,结合ROST Content Mining6软件,分析中华优秀传统文化与旅游人才培养融合发展的困难,并从资金投入、课程设置、授课模式、第二课堂与自主学习五个层面提出融合路径,以供参考。

Culture and tourism are closely related.In the context of cultural tourism integration,the introduction of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching of Tourism Management Specialty in higher vocational colleges can not only improve the cultural level of vocational education,but also cultivate high-quality tourism talents with both morality and ability.Taking Kizilsu Vocational Technical College as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems of the integration and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture and tourism talent training by using the questionnaire research method and ROST Content Mining6 software,and puts forward the integration path from the five aspects of capital investment,curriculum,teaching mode,second classroom and autonomous learning for reference.
