高校专业设置与品牌建设的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 专业设置的目的是培养专业人才,专业设置对高校的发展具有重要的影响作用,高校的品牌美誉度反映社会对高校的认可程度。从宏观层面看,专业设置与高校的品牌建设具有相互作用的战略性关系。为了提高专业设置的有效性,针对产生专业设置问题的原因,文章提出高校需要结合内外部环境因素对专业设置进行有效的规划,采取遵守相关指导原则、结合实际并量力而行、建立有效的增加和退出机制、以学生为本、专业设置的针对性、课程的合理化规划、设立专职责任人等有效措施。 The purpose of specialty setting is to cultivate professional talents.Specialty setting has an important impact on the development of colleges and universities.The brand reputation of colleges and universities reflects the recognition of colleges and universities by the society.From the macro level,there is an interactive strategic relationship between specialty setting and brand construction of colleges and universities.In order to improve the effectiveness of specialty setting and in view of the reasons for the problems of specialty setting,this paper puts forward that colleges and universities need to make effective planning for specialty setting in combination with internal and external environmental factors,and take effective measures such as abiding by relevant guiding principles,combining reality and acting according to their ability,establishing effective increase and exit mechanism,student-centered,pertinence of specialty setting,rational planning of courses,and setting up full-time responsible persons.
