辅导员与教师协同开展就业创业指导工作研究

Counselors and Teachers Carry out Research on Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance

为提高当代大学生的就业创业能力,学校可建立一个学生与社会交互的良好渠道,开展辅导员与教师协同开展就业创业指导工作的研究。文章分析了双方协同开展就业创业指导工作的困境,阐述双方协同开展就业创业指导工作的重要性。提出在双方协同开展教育工作时,促进双方协同教育共识达成的措施,通过双方资源的对接与交互,在校内创设一个相对活跃的就业创业氛围,实现指导工作的优化与完善。

In order to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of contemporary college students,establish a good channel for the interaction between students and society,and carry out the research on the guidance of employment and entrepreneurship by counselors and teachers.This paper analyzes the dilemma of the two sides’collaborative employment and entrepreneurship guidance,and expounds the importance of the two sides’collaborative employment and entrepreneurship guidance.Put forward the measures to promote the consensus of collaborative education between the two sides when the two sides cooperate in educational work,and create a relatively active employment and entrepreneurship atmosphere in the school through the docking and interaction of resources of the two sides,so as to optimize and improve the guidance work.
