On How Young College Teachers Adapt to Teaching and Scientific Research and Balance the Relationship between Them

高校青年教师是高校活动的重要参与者,是学校良好发展的未来和中坚力量,承担着教学和科研的双重责任。文章从高校青年教师自身出发,首先分析了高校青年教师教学和科研的现状,介绍了平衡两者关系的重要性,为青年教师快速适应教学和科研活动,合理处理两者关系,给出了几点建议,为促进青年教师的良好职业发展提供经验。

Young teachers in colleges and universities are important participants in college activities,the future and backbone of the good development of the school,and bear the dual responsibilities of teaching and scientific research.Starting from the young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper first analyzes the current situation of teaching and scientific research of young teachers in colleges and universities,introduces the importance of balancing the relationship between them,gives some suggestions for young teachers to quickly adapt to teaching and scientific research activities and reasonably deal with the relationship between them,and provides experience for promoting the good career development of young teachers.
