创新教育理念下高校教育管理改革策略研究

Research on the Reform Strategy of University Education Management under the Concept of Innovative Education

高校要在当前社会中得以创新发展,最核心的影响因素在于学生,其是高校进行管理工作的主要对象,因此高校的发展必须充分立足于学生的发展,而对教育管理的改革则要立足于创新管理。基于此,文章首先阐述了创新教育及高校教育管理的相关内涵,其后分析了创新教育理念下高校教育管理的主要目标任务及现阶段高校教育管理面临的主要困境,在此基础上提出了一系列创新教育理念下高校教育管理改革的主要策略,希望以此推动教育管理的创新发展。

The core influencing factor for colleges and universities to achieve innovative development in the current society is students,which is the main object of management in colleges and universities.Therefore,the development of colleges and universities must be fully based on the development of students,while the reform of educational management should be based on innovative management.Based on this,this paper first expounds the relevant connotation of innovative education and university education management,then analyzes the main objectives and tasks of university education management under the concept of innovative education and the main difficulties faced by university education management at this stage,and puts forward a series of main strategies and measures for the reform of university education management under the concept of innovative education,Hope to promote the innovative development of educational management.
