临床实习阶段儿科学专业医学生实习情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Clinical Practice of Pediatric Medical Students

以武汉某高校医学院儿科学专业实习医学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的分析方法,调查医学生在医院临床实习阶段的总体情况,了解目前儿科医学生在医院实习阶段教学过程中存在的主要问题,希望根据存在的问题进行有针对性的教学改革,不断提高教学质量。调查结果显示,教方和实习医学生在教学活动中均存在着诸多问题。在今后的教学改革过程中应增进教学双方的沟通,根据具体情况灵活调整教学方案,才能更好地完成临床实习中的各项教学目标,收到理想的教学效果。

In this study,the medical students majoring in pediatrics in a medical school of a university in Wuhan were selected as the research objects,and the analysis method of questionnaire survey was adopted.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the general situation of medical students in the hospital clinical practice stage and to understand the main problems existing in the teaching process of pediatric medical students in the hospital clinical practice stage.The purpose of this study is to carry out targeted teaching reform according to the existing problems and continuously improve the quality of teaching.The investigation results show that there are many problems in the teaching activities of both the teaching authorities and the medical students.In the course of teaching reform in the future,we should enhance the communication between the two sides of teaching and adjust the teaching plan flexibly according to the specific situation,so as to better accomplish the teaching objectives in clinical practice and obtain the ideal teaching effect.
