新课程改革背景下新型师生关系的构建

The Construction of New Teacher-student Relationship under the Background of New Curriculum Reform

师生关系是学校教育活动中最重要、最基本的人际关系,是教师与学生为实现教育目标,通过教与学的交流活动而形成的全方面、多层次的关系,良好的师生关系不仅有利于教学“双边”活动的开展和教学效果的提高,也是学生身心得以健康发展的重要保证。文章从新型师生构建的重要性入手,对目前师生交往中存在的问题展开深入研究,并对存在问题的产生原因作出简要剖析,最后提出建立新型师生关系的可行性对策。

Teacher-student relationship is the most important and basic interpersonal relationship in school educational activities.It is an all-round and multi-level relationship formed by teachers and students through the exchange activities of teaching and learning in order to achieve educational objectives.A good teacher-student relationship is not only conducive to the development of teaching"bilateral"activities and the improvement of teaching effect,but also an important guarantee for the healthy development of students’physical and mental experience.This paper starts with the importance of the construction of a new type of teacher-student relationship,makes an in-depth study on the problems existing in the current communication between teachers and students,briefly analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and finally puts forward the feasible countermeasures to establish a new type of teacher-student relationship.
