摘要
本研究以焦点集体访谈法作为主要研究方法,结合问卷调查和个别访谈法获得实证资料。基于对公共关系专业历届学生就业信息的梳理,绘制广东省公共关系职业地图。由此形成对公共关系专业人才培养方案及课程地图建设的动态建议,并在此基础上引入提前量管理理念来整合、优化校内外教学资源和教学支持资源,改善应用型人才培养的效果。
This study uses focus group interview as the main research method,combining questionnaire survey and individual interview to obtain empirical data.Based on the combing of the employment information of previous students in public relations major,a map of Guangdong public relations profession is drawn.This leads to the dynamic suggestion of training program and course map construction for public relations professionals.Based on this,the concept of advance quantity management is introduced to integrate and optimize teaching resources and teaching support resources in and out of school,and improve the effect of application-oriented talents training.
