高校实践育人体系构建——以厦门地区三所高校为例

Construction of Practical Education System in Colleges and Universities——Taking three universities in Xiamen as an example

大学生社会实践是高校人才培养的重要环节,是高校实践育人的重要载体,是提升大学生综合素养的有效途径。作者以厦门地区不同层次、不同办学主体、不同规模的三所代表性高校为样本,选取不同专业、不同年级215名学生进行问卷调查,研究高校社会实践育人工作开展的情况和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出建议和对策,以期对高校实践育人体系构建提供参考依据。

College students’social practice is an important part of college personnel training,an important carrier of college practice and education,and an effective way to improve college students’comprehensive quality.The author took three representative universities of different levels,different school-running entities and different sizes in Xiamen as samples,selected 215 students of different majors and grades to conduct a questionnaire survey,studied the situation and existing problems of social practice education in colleges and universities,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures on this basis,in order to provide reference for the construction of college practice education system.
