摘要 目的:探究MiniQuest教学对耳鼻喉科实习护士综合能力及批判性思维的影响。方法:选取本院耳鼻喉科实习护士作为研究对象,对照组采取常规护理教学;观察组采取MiniQuest教学,比较两种教学方式对实习护生综合能力及批判性思维的影响。结果:干预后,两组实习护生综合能力均有所提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组实习护生批判性思维构建情况均有所提升,且观察组学生批判性思维构建情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在耳鼻喉科实习护士中实施MiniQuest教学模式可有效提高带教效果,提高实习护士综合能力以及学生批判性思维,具有较好的推广应用价值。 To explore the influence of Miniquest teaching on the comprehensive ability and critical thinking of practical nurses in otolaryngology department.Methods:the trainee nurses of Otorhinolaryngology department in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the control group took routine nursing teaching;The observation group adopted Miniquest teaching to compare the effects of the two teaching methods on the comprehensive ability and critical thinking of nursing students.Results:after the intervention,the comprehensive ability of nursing students in the two groups was improved,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the critical thinking construction of nursing students in the two groups was improved,and the critical thinking construction of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of Miniquest teaching mode in otorhinolaryngology practice nurses can effectively improve the teaching effect of Otorhinolaryngology practice nurses,improve the comprehensive ability of practice nurses and students’critical thinking,and has good popularization and application value.
