摘要
在成果导向教育理念的引导下,“公司金融”课程组通过调研分析了解学生的需求,以满足学生需求为出发点,结合“立德树人”,进行了“公司金融”课程改革。一方面完善“公司金融”课程资源,另一方面多渠道引导学生,将学生注意力引导进课堂。具体采用教学与课程评价体系全过程协同,拓展师生沟通渠道;线上线下结合,提供丰富教学资源。这些措施的实施有效提升了学生学习主动性、课程参与度和学习的自主性。
Guided by the concept of achievement oriented education,the course team of corporate finance understood the needs of students through investigation and analysis,and carried out the curriculum reform of corporate finance in combination with"Building Morality and cultivating people"to meet the needs of students.On the one hand,improve the curriculum resources of corporate finance,on the other hand,guide students through multiple channels and guide students’attention into the classroom.Adopt the whole process coordination of teaching and curriculum evaluation system to expand the communication channels between teachers and students;Combine online and offline to provide rich teaching resources.The implementation of these exploration measures has effectively improved students’learning initiative,curriculum participation and learning autonomy.
