促进教师发展的学生评教制度研究分析

摘要 科学的研究与可靠的结论均离不开历史性的总结,再有理的研究成果都是继承于前人的研究而得出的。因此,当以学生评教促进本科教学质量提升的实际问题再次引起高等教育界瞩目的时候,回溯性的历史研究是十分必要的。文章从学生评教制度的本质属性、指标体系、实施过程和与教师激励的关系等方面入手,综述近几年学生评教制度在国内外的发展情况,以期对本科教学质量提升产生助力作用。 Scientific research and reliable conclusions are inseparable from the historical summary,and the most reasonable research results are inherited from the previous research.Therefore,when the practical problem of promoting the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality by student evaluation has attracted the attention of higher education circles again,retrospective historical research is very necessary.This study summarizes the development of student evaluation system at home and abroad in recent years from four aspects:the essential attribute of student evaluation system,index system,implementation process and the relationship with teacher incentive,in order to help improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.
