摘要
高水平的教学团队在提升高等教育教学质量中发挥着重要作用,构建教学团队激励机制对于建设高水平教学团队至关重要。文章基于波特-劳勒综合激励理论,从教学奖惩机制、教学管理机制和文化建设机制三个方面论述了教学团队的激励机制。
High level teaching team plays an important role in improving the teaching quality of higher education.The construction of teaching team incentive mechanism is very important for the construction of high-level teaching team.Based on Porter Lawler’s comprehensive incentive theory,this paper discusses the incentive mechanism of teaching team from three aspects:teaching reward and punishment mechanism,teaching management mechanism and cultural construction mechanism.
