中小学校园欺凌案例分析及教育对策研究

摘要 中小学阶段的学生由于身心发展尚不成熟,对事物的理解和判断能力有限,处理矛盾的过程中极易引发极端暴力行为,校园欺凌事件屡见不鲜。校园欺凌包含诸多方面,多数来源于家庭教育和学校教育的缺失。尽管近年国家相继出台了反校园暴力政策及文件,但中小学校园欺凌事件仍在发生。文章通过研究中小学校园欺凌的成因及表现,立足实际,探索解决中小学校园欺凌的有效方法,以更好地促进校园和谐稳定发展。 Due to the immature physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students,the development of their ability to understand and judge things is limited.It is very easy to cause extreme violence in the process of dealing with contradictions,and campus bullying is common.Campus bullying includes many aspects,most of which come from the lack of family education and school education.Although the state has issued anti campus violence policies and documents in recent years,campus bullying in primary and secondary schools is still happening.By studying the causes and manifestations of campus bullying in primary and secondary schools,this paper explores effective methods to solve campus bullying in primary and secondary schools,so as to better promote the harmonious and stable development of the campus.
