摘要
为适应学校高质量发展需求,只有构建合理的师资培训体系、激励制度,聚焦学科发展和专业布局,做好教师培养整体规划和建设布局,建设教师培养体系,明确职责分工,加强政策支持、经费保障与监督评价,才能培养出高水平的教师骨干,引领学校教育教学模式改革创新、推进人才培养质量持续提升。
In order to meet the needs of high-quality development of the school,only by building a reasonable teacher training system and incentive system,focusing on discipline development and professional layout,doing a good job in the overall planning and construction layout of teacher training,building a teacher training system,clarifying the division of responsibilities,and strengthening policy support,fund guarantee,supervision and evaluation,can we cultivate high-level backbone teachers and lead the reform and innovation of school education and teaching mode,and promote the continuous improvement of talent training quality.
