“三全育人”视域下高校班主任工作思考

Thoughts on the Work of the Head Teacher in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of "Three All Education"

立德树人是新时代高校教育的根本任务,围绕这一根本任务诞生了“三全育人”教育理念,该理念对高校班主任的班级管理工作提出了新要求和新挑战。分析了当前我国高校班级管理工作的一般现状,指出了其中存在的突出问题,结合新时代班主任管理工作要求提出了提升高校班主任班级管理成效的策略:提高班主任自身素质为学生树立良好的道德模范;制定良好的班级制度保障班级事务和各项活动的顺利开展;构建优良的班风学风促进学生成长成才;培养优秀的班委团队实现自我管理与自我服务;提升班主任技能促进专业化发展;完善激励制度赋予班主任工作荣誉感和责任感;增强对班主任的人文关怀增强职业认同感。

Moral education and cultivate people is the fundamental task of college education in the new epoch.The concept of"three all education"was born around this fundamental task,which has put forward new requirements and challenges for classroom management for head teachers in colleges and universities.The current situation of class management in colleges and universities was analyzed,the problems were pointed out,and the strategies to improve the effectiveness of class management for head teachers in colleges and universities were proposed.Improve the quality of head teachers themselves to set good moral models for students.Develop a good class system to guarantee the smooth development of class affairs and activities.Build an excellent class and academic style to promote the growth and success for students.Cultivate excellent class committee team to achieve self-management and self-service.Enhance the skills of head teachers to promote professional developments.Improve the incentive system to give head teachers a sense of honor and responsibility.Enhance the humanistic care for head teachers to strengthen their professional identity.
