新时代中小学劳动教育课程的理论意蕴与实践探索

摘要 劳动教育作为我国育人的重要组成部分,具有深远的意义与价值。有效开展中小学劳动教育,既要正确认识新时代劳动教育的科学内涵,落实好中央和地方有关要求,同时,也要依托学校课程建设,夯实课程基础,发挥好劳动教育的育人价值与功能。新时代中小学劳动教育课程的实施,应结合劳动教育的总体目标,把握课程内容设置的三个原则,构建合理的劳动教育课程结构、选择适宜的劳动教育课程内容、创设丰富的劳动教育校园文化、制定科学的劳动教育家校协同机制、实行多元的劳动教育课程评价。 As an important part of educating people in China,labor education has far-reaching significance and value.To effectively carry out labor education in middle and primary schools,it is necessary to correctly understand the scientific connotation of labor education in the new era and implement the relevant requirements of the CPC Central Committee and local governments;at the same time,we should rely on the construction of school curriculum,consolidate the curriculum foundation,and give full play to the educational function of labor education.The implementation of labor education curriculum in middle and primary schools in the new era should combine the overall goal of labor education,grasp the three principles of curriculum content setting,construct a reasonable labor education curriculum structure,select appropriate labor education curriculum content,create rich labor education campus culture,formulate a scientific family school cooperative education mechanism for labor education and implement diversified labor education curriculum evaluation.
