摘要
重症医学近年迅速发展为一门边缘学科,传统的医学教学模式已经不能适应重症医学的学科特点。建立一套规范、标准化的教学效果评估体系是提高重症医学教学质量的关键。教学效果的评价应该主要侧重于对教师教学水平和能力的客观评价。设计调查问卷,选定好评价项目和各项目分值,定量评价教师的教学效果和学生的学习效果,可以准确发现教学中的不足,了解学生的迫切需要,为教学改革提供客观数据。
Intensive care medicine is an edge discipline,which rapidly developed in recent years.The traditional medical teaching methods are not suitable for the intensive care medicine lecture.Establishing a standardized teaching effect evaluation system is the key to improve the quality of intensive care medical teaching.The evaluation of teaching effect should mainly focus on the objective evaluation of teachers’teaching level and ability.Designing questionnaire,selecting evaluation score and various projects is an applicable measure,which gave the quantitative evaluation of teacher’s teaching effect and student’s learning effect and provides the problems and the urgent needs of the students existed in current teaching.Assessment of teaching effect in intensive medicine lecture provided the theories for finding the right way of teaching method reform.
