摘要 “客户服务管理”课程是高职财经商贸类专业的一门主干课程。该课程天然的“服务”与“实践”属性,为思政元素的渗透提供了深厚土壤。深入挖掘课程中所蕴含的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、社会主义核心价值观、中国优秀传统文化等思政元素,并系统构建以“以人为本、匠心服务、责任担当”三个价值诉求点为核心的融合贯通、共生赋能的思政育人体系,以强化价值引领,凸显素质养成,完成立德树人的根本任务。 The Customer Service Management course is a rural course in higher vocational financial trade.The course natural"service"and"practice"attribute provide a deep soil for the penetration of the re-government element.In-depth tuning,the socialist thinking,socialist core values,and China’s excellent traditional culture,etc.,and the system is constructed of"people-oriented,conscious service,responsibility"as the core.The integration,symbiosis’s thinking of the education and education system,with strengthening value lead,highlighting quality,and completes the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.
