Research on School-enterprise Collaborative Education of Financial Vocational Education in the New Era

新时代对金融行业职业教育的要求发生了很大变化。本文分析了校企合作协同育人的重要意义,指出目前金融专业校企合作协同育人中存在的问题,如实效性不强、金融企业参与热情度不高、职业院校创新不足及师资结构不合理等。提出对策与建议,搭建校企合作平台,构建协同育人的模式,推进校企合作制度创新、建设协同育人教师队伍。

Great changes have taken place in the requirements of vocational education in the financial industry in the new era.This paper analyzes the significance of school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,and points out the problems existing in the current school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education of finance majors,such as weak effectiveness,low enthusiasm of financial enterprises,lack of innovation in vocational colleges and unreasonable teacher structure.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions,build a school enterprise cooperation platform,build a collaborative education model,promote the innovation of school enterprise cooperation system and build a team of teachers for collaborative education.
