现如今,社会的发展已经对大学教育体系提出了更加严格的要求,大学生职业生涯规划的指导是符合当前社会发展形势,也是满足学校发展要求,帮助学生顺利就业的关键需要。但是该项工作的开展已经体现出极大的盲目性,实际成效并非十分理想。在具体指导的过程中需要关注指导工作本身,了解和分析大学生的特点,构建更加完善的指导体系,明确指导的方向和指导的思路,使其为大学生的发展提供具体的方向。本文首先了解高校中开展大学生职业生涯规划指导的重要作用,探讨其中存在的问题,并提出具体的大学生职业生涯规划指导途径和方法,希望可以更好地保障指导规划的效果,促进大学生就业。

Nowadays,the development of society has put forward more stringent requirements for the university education system.The guidance of college students’career planning itself is not only in line with the current social development situation,but also the key need to meet the requirements of school development and help students get employed smoothly.However,the development of this work has reflected great blindness,and the actual effect is not very ideal.In the process of specific guidance,we need to pay attention to the guidance itself,understand and analyze the characteristics of college students,build a more perfect guidance system,and clarify the direction and ideas of guidance,so as to provide a specific direction for the development of college students.Firstly,this paper understands the important role of college students’career planning guidance in colleges and universities,discusses the existing problems,and puts forward specific ways and methods of college students’career planning,hoping to better ensure the effect of guidance planning and promote college students’employment.
